Das einstige Bauernhaus wurde im Einklang mit der herrlichen, umgebenden Natur und im traditionellen Stil der Region restauriert. Heute beherbergt es acht liebevoll ausgestattete, großzügige Ferienwohnungen – vier davon im Erdgeschoss, drei im ersten und eine im zweiten Stock –, die ideale Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen und unvergesslichen Urlaub bieten.
Hinter dem einladenden Wohngebäude erhebt sich ein uralter, gepflegter Kastanienhain mit einer artenreichen Fauna und Flora, in dem zu später Stunde nicht selten eine Nachtigall ihr Lied erklingen lässt.
Alle Wohnungen sind im typisch toskanischen Landhausstil eingerichtet und über einen separaten Eingang zu erreichen. Mit eigener Heizung und Klimaanlage, Alarmanlage, kleinem Safe, Satelliten-TV und schattigem Autostellplatz laden sie 365 Tage im Jahr zu unbeschwerten Ferientagen ein.
Zu jeder Wohneinheit gehört ein Garten mit Grill und gemütlichem Sitzplatz.
