B & B ist eine der Ältesten Häuser im mittelalterlichen Dorf Scarlino, der Maremma, die den am geschmackvoll restauriert, Haus für diejenigen geeignet, die einen Urlaub am Meer und Entspannung in der Natur machen wollen mitten.

Outside, the park surrounding the House offers a sweeping, 360° panorama of the rest of the world, hills, hamlets, marshes, islands, sea and the unbroken dome of  the sky….

Welcoming hospitality and discreet intimacy are perfectly balanced and every detail has been carefully studied, to offer those friends who have chosen to breathe, with the pure air of Maremma, both freedom and privacy, in genuine comfort of a prestigious Home dominating the sea.

Every detail in the Suites has been prepared with loving attention, in a careful melange between the antique – chosen from the patrimony of family furnishings – and elements from state-of-the art design, researched the world over. Together with a king-size bed (200x200cm), each JSuite has a living corner with sofa or armchairs and is equipped with every comfort for the ideal stay: air-conditioning, wireless internet, satellite tv, Ipod station, safe and minibar.
The view to be seen from B&B is so extraordinary that even the bathrooms have windows to permit guests to enjoy the panorama at every moment during their stay. The bathrooms, inimitable and original, are fitted with wash-basins sculpted in stone, bathtubs cum showers in natural stone mosaic and the total comfort of our guests is ensured by the very best equipment: hair-dryer, courtesy sets, bathrobes.
