The farmhouse "Tavarnelle Val di Pesa " is situated in the heart of the  Chianti Classico area, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
The farm produces Chianti Classico wine and Extravirgin Olive oil and there are at the guests disposal three apartments, completely restored, with independent entrance, rented all year round.
In the spacious garden around the house, at few metres from the apartments, is located the swimming pool at the guests use.
Other products of the farm, like honey, fruits and vegetables are some of the  main ingredients used for the typical Tuscan dishes which are freshly prepared and cooked in the old oven and  can be ordered in advance for both lunch or dinner by the guests.
Meals can be served in the patio, by the swimming pool or inside,  in a comfortable dinner room which can host up to twenty people.
The particular good position of farm house , at twenty minutes drive from the most important cities like Florence and  Siena, and close toVolterra, San Gimignano or even small medieval villages, plenty of art and history, is what makes it  an ideal place for  a relaxing holiday and interesting itineraries too.
There are various outdoor activities available for the guests.
Horseback riding, for instance, as the riding club is at only 500 metres distance.
There are many trekking or mountain bike paths to follow to explore the surrounding hills.
For a unique experience  can be organized a little trip on a hot-air balloon  from the aerostatics site in Tavarnelle V. Pesa, to enjoy a wonderful scenery of the towns and hills
