Ideal for lovers of peace and quiet. The Farm is between Argentario beaches and main Tuscany resorts such as Pitigliano, Sovana, Ansedonia, Capalbio, Roselle, Maremma Regional Park .
The Locanda is in a secluded, quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, in the green.

The Bed & Breakfast offers double and triple rooms, all equiped with: bathroom with shower, phon, air-conditioned, mini-bar, satellite TV, telephone and internet wi-fi.
There are rooms with a balcony and rooms with a panoramic view or that have an independent entrance directly in the park
Our farm is situated in the heart of the Maremma region (seaside marshland) and dates back to the 1940s and the Ente Maremma (local agricultural board) reform..

The Bed & Breakfast is situated only a few kilometers from the sea in the Maremma coastal region. The particular location of the Inn allows tourists to choose from among various opportunities how to spend their vacation pleasantly.
The seaside with its sandy beaches and beautiful reefs is located only a few kilometers away. The nearby Monte Argentario promontory offers breath taking panoramic views and its ports, the heart of the touristic and fishing boat activities, are also excellent places to go for pleasant walks. The Giglio and Giannutri islands, where it is possible to participate in interesting underwater excursions, can be reached from Porto S. Stefano.
Characteristic of this region are the various archaeological sites, parks and nature reserves, in addition it is also possible to go on horse backing riding trips in the marvelous local countryside.
Only a few minutes away it is possible to enjoy a beautiful 18-hole golf course. In addition, at Saturnia, which is also only a few kilometers distant, you can find the famous thermal springs. At the Saturnia thermal baths there are several pools immersed in green nature and the service they offer is excellent.
Also available for our guests are mountain bikes for pleasant rides, ping pong, balilla football (soccer), archery, and a bowling green.
The common kitchen is shared amongst the guests and allows for the most complete autonomy.
The spacious garden has an area for children equipped as a playground and the Inn also keeps many animals (ostriches, ponies, Amiatan donkeys, goats, Nile [Egyptian] geese, parrots, peacocks, ducks, emus and many others).
