The Podere is situated in the heart of Tuscany, only 10 km far from San Gimignano, 15 km far from Volterra and less than 1 hour from the most important artistic cities: Florence, Siena, Pisa e Lucca.
A courtyard surrounded by three Tuscan-style stone buildings, 4 apartments with a large living room.
Outside there are two pool, as well as a pond for anglers, both of which are immersed un the green of the adiacent lawns and a series of pathways trailing off into the beautiful natural surrounds and into the history of the Valdera region.
