This property impresses at first sight with its superb location and its wonderful garden, as you can check in the photos herewith enclosed.
The visitor soon realises to be in one of the lovelies parts of Tuscany, in an idyllic verdant oasis with several spaces where to relax under a shady pergola, near the splendid pool fringed with flowering roses or around one of tables provided in the garden for al fresco dining.
The ancient natural stone farm house has been converted into five charming and comfortable apartments: four for guests and one at side used by the owner family. Mario, his wife Annalinda and the daughter Valentina, the friendly owners, are firm believers in maintaining tradition and have used traditional Tuscan materials in the renovation of the farm building, retaining the thick stone walls which keep interiors blissfully cool, saving old windows, doors and terracotta floors. Annalinda, an excellent cook, shall help you to learn how to prepare Italian food.

The Garden
The farmhouse is located in a garden of approximately 6000 sqm cared for directly by the owner’s family, a real green oasis where you can find your idyllic niche where read, paint or chat over a glass of wine and enjoy your meals.
There are 15 types of trees as cypresses, olive trees, stone oaks, 20 types of bushy shrubs and about 20 different types of fruit that you are welcome to pick them
Many types of flowers are blooming from the start of spring until autumn, as iris, peony, oleander, hibiscus, lavender; but above all you can enjoy a marvellous range of different rose varieties with 300 plants.This is very advantageous for beekeeping of course, and you will certainly be offered a taste of the homemade honey.
In every part of this area you can find tables and chairs in the sun or in the natural shadow where to enjoy stunning views; only birds may interrupt the deafening silence.

"To stand in the garden and look across to the distant hills is to be in a Tuscany all of your own and to feel a million miles away from everything."

In the night you can seat in the dark to gaze at stars, surrounded by thousands of fire-flies.

The Garden apartment on the ground floor with very special antiques and separate entrance and terrace in front of the apartment.
The kitchen and the living room have an exit to the terrace each.
Apartment with characterist fireplace in  living room with double sofa bed,  double bedroom, bathroom (with shower and bathtub).
If you travel in 3 people it is possible to put a folding bed for one person into the living room in order not to use the sofa as bed.
